  • [Note: original description implies a single specimen “Muséum de Paris”, but Baroni Urbani, 1977e: 67, cites 1m syntype NHMB.]
  • Type-locality: Senegal: Casamance, 1900 (A. Chevalier).
  • Type-depository: NHMB (perhaps also MNHN).
  • Subspecies of humeralis: Wheeler, W.M. 1922a: 753; Bolton, 1995b: 59.
  • Distribution: Senegal.
